Besins Healthcare has announced the appointment of Irina Spirieva as general manager for the UK and Ireland.
Spirieva brings a wealth of experience in women’s health and global pharma to the role. She most recently served as head of commercial operations, UK, Northern Europe and Israel at Organon, a Merck & Co (known as MSD outside the US and Canada) company.
Prior to this, Spirieva held a variety of roles at Merck, most recently serving as head of sales and marketing, women’s health. She also fulfilled a range of positions at Johnson & Johnson.
In her new position, Spirieva will report to Antoine Groues, chief operating officer, based at Besins Healthcare’s Monaco headquarters.
