What do our future leaders say about LEAP?

A recent HCA survey[1] shows that Bedrock’s investment in training and development is double that of the national average in the Medical Communications industry.
LEAP (Lead, Excel, Achieve, Perform), a bespoke development programme for Client and Scientific Services management, launched this year to popular acclaim. We asked two of Bedrock’s leaders of the future what benefits they gained from engaging with the programme.
James Davies, Principal Medical Writer said “I attended the session run by David Youds, our CEO, on ‘What is leadership and what makes an inspiring leader?’ Learning about leadership from someone with such extensive experience in both client and agency roles is incredibly inspiring. The session has given me the confidence to nurture my own leadership style and has left me feeling really empowered.”
Wanda Lesowiec, Account Director said “Having been on many leadership courses over my time in pharma, I found David’s thoughts about a ‘leadership brand real food for thought and it made me go away and look more deeply at some of the current thinking about leadership.”
The bespoke five module programme ensures our leaders not only excel in client counsel and business development but also gain practical business acumen. Expert-led, the programme represents a huge investment in people, demonstrating Bedrock’s belief in the value of nurturing and enhancing skills across the board.
