Atomic Matter is an award-winning independent healthcare agency launched in 2024. Within our first year, we were named PM Society Agency of the Year (Under 30 Headcount) – a signal of our ambition to redefine what’s possible in health communications. In 2025, our work was recognised on the global stage with Gold for Best Global Campaign at the MM+M Awards in New York, cementing our reputation for world-class creativity and impact.
We bring together network-level experience with indie agility and efficiency, delivering ideas that are bold, intelligent, and beautifully crafted. Founded by Managing Director Natalie Enniks, Head of Strategy Frankie Everson, and Executive Creative Director Paul Foster, our leadership team combines decades of expertise from leading global health agencies such as BBH and VCCP Health. That experience fuels a senior, hands-on team capable of tackling complex challenges with clarity and creativity.

We have experience across a breadth of therapy areas, covering global, UK and US accounts from launches, LOE, disease awareness, patient activation, patient support programmes, medical affairs and marketing.
