Inizio Ignite has made five appointments to its key leadership amid the unification of four teams, Research Partnership, Putnam, Vynamic and STEM.
Remco op den Kelder will continue to lead the organisation as Global President. With over 25 years of experience in the sector, Remco’s focus will be on facilitating growth and connecting the team’s expertise.
Dermot Kenny has been appointed as Group President, leading Ignite’s integrated STEM and Research Partnership team. Dermot aims to deliver insights that are directly linked to performance using insight generation alongside AI-enabled analytics.
Matt Riordan has been appointed as Group President and he will oversee the Putnam team. Matt will lead the strategic application of scientific rigour, real-world evidence and advanced analytics across medical, value, pricing, access and commercial strategy.
Vynamic will be led by Haben Debessay, combining health industry expertise, consulting rigor and execution to make transformation real and sustainable at scale.
Jeff Dill will move to Group President of the Innovation & Growth team, leading data and AI, sales and commercial enablement to drive Ignite’s innovation and growth engine.
The integration and operational scale of Inizio Ignite will be supported by Emma Dennehy, the newly appointed COO who will focus on aligning operational models, capabilities and delivery across Ignite.
