Astellas has appointed Dr Peter Sandor as VP of head of oncology therapeutic area in marketing strategy.
In his role Sandor will provide strategic commercial leadership for projects within the oncology therapeutic area.
Sandor has over 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently serving as VP of global marketing therapeutic area head of oncology at Amgen.
Yukio Matsui, senior VP and head of marketing strategy, said: “Peter’s extensive experience in the field of oncology makes him an invaluable asset to our growing marketing strategy team.
“He will play an integral role as Astellas continues to expand its presence in a key therapeutic area.”
