Baxter has appointed Tood Young to take over from James Saccaro as treasurer and corporate officer.
The appointment is a promotion for Young who was previously VP, international finance.
He has been with Baxter since 2001 when he joined as corporate tax counsel after a period as a tax attorney at Sidley & Austin.
His other roles at the company include VP of international tax, assistant treasurer, VP, finance for the company’s Asia Pacific region, and VP, corporate planning and analysis.
