GCI Health has announced a realignment of its European leadership team, with Annalise Coady being appointed as president of Europe and Kath Harrison assuming the newly created position of president of international markets.

The new structure will also see Sophie Asker and Victoria Bramham step into joint managing director roles in the UK.

Coady joined GCI towards the end of 2024 as UK market lead and head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) growth. She was previously group president at Real Chemistry, where she was responsible for growing the agency’s footprint across Europe, and has held senior growth roles at Fleishman-Hillard, MHP Group and PxC.

Coady, who will now oversee growth and operational excellence across the global healthcare communication agency’s key European offices in the UK, Brussels and Germany, said: “I’m incredibly excited to move into the role of president of Europe at such a transformative time for GCI Health… My focus will be on fostering seamless collaboration across our European hubs, leveraging our collective expertise to drive significant growth…”

Harrison, GCI’s former president of EMEA, has been with the agency since 2016, after holding positions at Edelman and Fleishman-Hillard. She will now focus on Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and new growth markets.

Asker and Bramham have also held previous roles at GCI. Asker most recently served as regional managing director for Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore, and previously held roles of increasing responsibility at Syneos Health. Bramham, former deputy managing director, joined GCI from Edelman, where she was head of client services (health), and previously held roles at OPEN Health Communications and Virgo Health.
