Havas Life London has appointed Fran Griffin as Head of Strategy, to work across Havas Life London’s global health and rare disease brands.

A strategy lead specialising in creative effectiveness, Griffin has previously worked with health and well-being brands from Roche and Genentech to the NHS and the Department of Health and Social Care.

Named on the D&AD Pharma and Health & Wellbeing Juries for 2025, Griffin will lead the Havas Life London’s Strategy and Planning to further strengthen the agency’s strategic consultancy offering.

Griffin describes the role as an opportunity to create an even stronger connection between strategy and creativity, working closely with creative directors to deliver forward-thinking solutions for clients.

From educating clinicians in new rare products to bold disease awareness activations, Griffin wants to ensure that every creative communication is grounded in scientific evidence and human insight.

Commenting on the new role, Griffin said: “I’m excited by the opportunity to further strengthen the role of strategic insight in our creative output and, crucially, to make sure our work is having meaningful and tangible impact in the real world.”

Dick Dunford, Group Creative Director at Havas Life London said: “Fran brings a fresh perspective and experience across both consumer and pharma, along with her enthusiasm for creating stand-out communications.”

As Head of Strategy, Griffin will lead the Strategy and Planning team and work in close collaboration with Havas Health agencies across Europe and the US.
