
Havas Life Medicom and Sciterion have appointed Dick Dunford to the newly-created role of group creative director.
Dunford, who brings extensive experience to the position, will work across Havas Life Medicom’s brand and public relations offering, as well as Sciterion’s medical communications and medical affairs offer.
Dunford recently served as executive creative director at TBWA\WorldHealth, following his position as creative partner at Loooped.
Earlier in his career, he held roles at CDP, McCann Erickson (now McCann), Bates UK, Minerva BBDO (now AMV BBDO), Tequila and Agency.com.
In his latest role, Dunford will work with Havas Life Medicom and Sciterion’s leadership, creative and client service teams, and will have a particular focus on enhancing the agencies’ offerings in rare diseases, including product launches, medical affairs, healthcare professional marketing and patient communications.
Dunford said: “I am excited to bring what has been described as my ‘aggressive positivity’ to this role… I am looking forward to working with the multidisciplinary teams at Havas Life Medicom and Sciterion, and I feel well placed to offer a multitude of capabilities beyond my natural and devoted discipline of creativity.”
