London-based communications consultancy JMC Partners has appointed former Pfizer policy and government affairs director Andrew Bonser as director, policy and projects.
John Murray, managing director of JMC, said: “Andrew’s arrival consolidates our position in the vanguard of healthcare policy. In particular, his knowledge of primary care will prove invaluable as the NHS and local government increasingly come together.”
Bonser was most recently director of public policy at Walgreens Boots Alliance, a role he had held since 2010 and which saw him hold public policy responsibilities across its retail and healthcare interests.
Prior that that Bonser served industry-side at Pfizer Global Pharmaceuticals as European government affairs director, having worked for the company as its director of European trade policy before that.
