KnowledgePoint360 builds Scottish team

The healthcare communications specialist continues to add to the team in its new Scottish office

KP360Lynsey Stevenson (left) and Katherine St John (right) have joined KnowledgePoint360 in Scotland as senior medical writers. Based in Glasgow, both bring substantial industry experience.

Stevenson joins from Complete Medical Communications, where she held a senior medical writing role. A former medical information officer for the Meningitis Research Foundation and research scientist for Scottish Biomedical, she has guest lectured at Edinburgh Napier University.

St John has seven years’ experience as a senior medical writer, and joins the company from Complete HealthVizion. She previously worked as a research assistant at Glasgow University while completing her PhD.

KnowledgePoint360 employs 700 staff worldwide, with more than 350 UK-based associates.

The Scottish team is headed up by Rachel Forsyth, recently promoted from director of scientific affairs to vice president of medical and scientific services.

“It has been a very busy and exciting time for the KnowledgePoint360 team during its expansion into Scotland. I’m delighted to welcome Lynsey and Katherine to the team and their combined experience and industry knowledge will be invaluable as we move forward,” she said.

“Scotland has a wealth of talented medical writers and we look forward to welcoming even more gifted individuals and giving them the opportunity to grow with us. We plan to recruit up to ten staff members in our first year in Scotland.”
