Medical communications agency Lucid Group has appointed Isabel Smith as its head of operations and facilities, a role that will see her work to streamline and improve its US and UK business sites.
Smith’s new role will also see her facilitate its new agile working policy, which allows employees to request ad hoc, regulator or permanent mobile working arrangements.
