LEO Pharma, a company focused on medical dermatology, has appointed Matt Ferriday as General Manager for LEO Pharma UK.
Matt joins LEO Pharma from Ipsen Biopharma, where he held senior leadership roles across Rare Diseases and Neuroscience. A senior commercial leader with nearly two decades of experience, he has delivered high performance across in‑country, regional and global roles, combining strategic leadership with strong operational execution.
Driving sustainable growth, successful first‑in‑class launches and revitalising established franchises, Matt is passionate about addressing health inequity and making a positive impact on public health and is excited about the next chapter with LEO Pharma.
Commenting on his appointment, Matt said: “I’m delighted to be joining LEO Pharma at such a positive time for the UK business. There is a strong team in place, a clear sense of purpose and meaningful momentum to build on.

Matt’s new role as General Manager for LEO Pharma UK is current as of 1 April 2026.
