minds + assembly has appointed Fabio Gratton as an advisor to its board of directors. Gratton brings 25 years of experience in founding and scaling healthcare digital agencies to the role.

In his role as advisor, Gratton will serve as counsel for minds + assembly’s leadership team, advising on matters such as culture and acquisitions as the firm continues to grow as a full-service commercialisation partner.
Gratton said: “I’ve spent much of my career building companies from the ground up, but what attracted me to minds + assembly was its ambitious nature… I’m looking forward to seeing how my experience combined with the unwavering potential of this firm can make a real difference for it, its services and its clients.”
Along with his investments, Gratton has also sat on a host of advisory boards, including the MM+M editorial board and Pharma Marketing News advisory board. Additionally, he has addressed conferences like Google Think and has judged competitions such as MIT Hacking Medicine and TechCrunch Disrupt Healthcare.
