RedSail Technologies has appointed Joy Neely as Chief Growth Officer.
In her new role, Neely will lead the company’s commercial team, overseeing marketing, sales and market strategy, while working closely with the executive leadership team and other key stakeholders.
Neely was most recently Chief Commercial Officer at Medvantx, where she was responsible for its strategic rebrand and portfolio expansion.
Prior to that, she was Senior VP and Head of Sale at CareMetx; Market Access Development Leader at Roche and she also held a number of roles at Eli Lilly, where she spent over a decade.
Neely said: “What drew me to RedSail was its mission to build a technologically advanced ecosystem of products to help support our exceptional pharmacies and the work they do in their communities.”
Neely’s appointment follows RedSail’s acquisition of Prime Rx last month.
Andy Maurer, CEO of RedSail, said: “Joy’s proven track record of bridging pharmacies, patients, and pharma manufacturers, makes her an ideal leader to strengthen our executive team and help us evolve and expand the reach of our product suite.
“She brings more than 20 years of proven healthcare experience, driving meaningful outcomes for patients and delivering value to pharma and pharmacy partners, leveraging her commercial and operational acumen.”
