The Considered has appointed Tina Bertolini as its new chief client services officer.
Bertolini has been with The Considered since its beginnings in 2021, first as senior operations manager, then vice president of operations and project management, and most recently as head of client services and operations.
She has been “critical” to establishing the agency’s DNA and its client services and operations function, The Considered said, adding that she will now work to “blend the best principles of client services with the benefits of artificial intelligence”.
Previously, Bertolini served as senior project manager at Rapp, after joining the agency as project manager/officer manager. She also held roles at DDB earlier in her career.
