In his new role, Ebhardt (pictured above) will oversee the company’s development, medical and commercial services, as well as its growth strategy and market positioning. Thompson (pictured right) brings over 17 years of operational leadership experience in the pharma and life sciences sector. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Business Product Development at Conduent. Her prior roles include Director of Client Excellence and Global Lead for Transformation, as well as Director of Marketing at TMS Health. As Vice President of Operations and Transformation at Uniphar, she will lead efforts to streamline and scale processes across operations and all US businesses.

Rowinsky is an expert in oncology drug development, with experience spanning both academic research and biopharma leadership. He previously served at RRD Biopharma Development, now integrated under Uniphar Development.

“Mike, Cindy and Eric’s extensive leadership and strategic expertise are pivotal to driving operational alignment and unlocking growth,” commented Brian O’Shaughnessy. “Their appointments, alongside our ongoing US investment, highlight the market’s significance to Uniphar’s strategy and our commitment to delivering integrated, high-impact solutions for our global clients.”

Uniphar’s US expansion is further supported by the integration of several businesses under the Uniphar banner and the opening of a new 65,000 ft² Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) facility in Raleigh, North Carolina.
