VML Health has announced the appointment of Nadine Leonard as Global Chief Solutions & Innovation Officer.
Leonard brings significant expertise in healthcare marketing and communications to her new role at VML. She was most recently Therapeutic Area Lead for Pfizer’s oncology branch. During this time, she took led agency of record (AOR) responsibilities. She also formerly served as President of Heartbeat, where she spent almost 16 years.
As Global Chief Solutions & Innovation Officer, Leonard will report to VML CEO Claire Gillis. In her new role, she will help lead the company’s future growth, including new offerings and capabilities for VML’s client base.
Leonard will also assist in pursuing strategic partnerships for VML, collaborating with a wide range of providers and organisations.
The role was created specifically to drive health solutions for the company’s clients, who encompass both the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
“Health clients are navigating unprecedented change, from scientific breakthroughs and AI driven innovation to shifting expectations from patients and healthcare professionals,” said Gillis. “We created the Chief Solutions & Innovation Officer role to make sure we’re not just responding to that change but actively shaping it with our clients.”
