Blue Latitude retains Janssen contract

Strategic marketing consultancy will continue tosupport the firm's EMEA brand teams

Blue Latitude Martin BrassStrategic marketing consultancy Blue Latitude has been reappointed to support Janssen’s EMEA brand teams.

The renewed three-year contract will see London-based Blue Latitude continue to provide Janssen with its full range of marketing services, across a number of therapy areas.

Martin Brass (pictured), Blue Latitude co-founder and managing director, added: “We are absolutely thrilled to extend our partnership with Janssen to include their brand teams in the EMEA region and start offering our full range of strategic marketing services.

“At Blue Latitude, we work with clients to provide answers and give marketers confidence to undertake multichannel and creative solutions that truly change behaviour and optimise performance.”

Wayne Atherden, procurement director commercial services at Janssen, described the new strategic relationship as an extension of the already-successful partnership with Blue Latitude. He said that the agency had demonstrated ‘a solid knowledge’ of Janssen’s marketing needs and shown ‘strategic thinking, energy and creativity’. 

The two firms will continue to work on a number of therapy areas, including immunology, haematology, oncology, diabetes, and infectious diseases. Blue Latitude will coordinate all projects from its London base and will be sending teams to Janssen’s different locations worldwide when needed.

A Blue Latitude spokesperson told PMLiVE: “The contract is a framework agreement that enables Blue Latitude to work with all Janssen companies globally (the link to the EMEA is that Blue Latitude is based in that region, and therefore the contract has been signed with Janssen’s EMEA office).”
