Cambridgeshire, UK-based healthcare communications agency Cuttsy + Cuttsy has won a top employer award for the second year running.
The Workingmums.co.uk’s Top Employer Awards – now in their eighth year – celebrate leading companies in gender diversity and flexible working.
The judges praised Cuttsy + Cuttsy for its outreach, talent attraction work and its ‘holistic’ approach to health and wellbeing.
Additionally, the judges were impressed with the agency’s investment in technology to enable different ways of working, its dedication to career progression and its monthly appraisal system.

The ceremony, which invited representatives from companies such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Lloyds Banking Group and McDonald’s, was presented at London’s Soho Hotel earlier this month.
