UK-based healthcare agency Frontera London has become a full member of trade body the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA).
Frontera’s chairman Frank Walters said the move would provide the agency with a number of important benefits.
“As a fledgling agency, we recognise the importance and value of providing quality access to our training and development.
“We also need the platform that will help us to progress real innovation for all in healthcare in this post-advertising world,” he said.
Walters joined Frontera last year, shortly after it opened its doors as a fully integrated ‘health consumer’ agency.
Meanwhile, the IPA last week announced that its new president (from March 21, 2013) would be Ian Priest, a founding partner of VCCP and head of Chime Ventures.
