A new Stuttgart-based firm has opened its doors and is, its founder says, the world’s first health innovation agency.

Ambulance has been set up by Julian Weinert, who was previously director of customer services at creative healthcare agency Schmittgall Werbeagentur.

The new agency will offer creative concepts and strategic support, and aims to provide sustainable customer experience strategies for pharmaceutical companies, health insurance companies and health start-ups.

Weinert said: “It is no longer just a question of winning the game through the best marketing or the best strategy, but also to understand the relevant changes in the rules that are in front of the door in order to win the game tomorrow.”

Ambulance will be staffed by a team of project managers and healthcare professionals and will operate worldwide.

Weinert himself has over 15 years of experience in healthcare communications and during his career to date has worked with the likes of Amgen, Roche and Takeda.
