Omnicom company Porter Novelli has launched a new London-based healthcare communications agency, Paradigm Communications.
Lisa O’Sullivan and Neil McGregor-Paterson represent the senior team for the agency that aims to provide services for the pharmaceutical, health technology and associated health and wellbeing sectors.
Among the services on offer are patient advocacy group relations, stakeholder relations, market access, media relations, payer communications and public affairs.
“There is a growing need among health and wellness clients for experts who specialise in market access and advocacy communications,” said McGregor-Paterson.
“The team at Paradigm Communications offers considerable expertise in these areas, which has been recognised by our current clients.

Prior to launching Paradigm, McGregor-Paterson held a number of senior positions at public relations and market access agencies including Porter Novelli, Ogilvy PR, Chandler Chicco Agency, Weber Shandwick and Shire Health New York.
Lisa O’Sullivan has been group PR director at The Partnership Agency, associate director at Resolute Communications, and has had stints at Shire Health, CPR Communications and EuroHealth PR/Say Communications.
