Publicis Healthcare Communications Group (PHCG) has revealed that part of Rosetta’s healthcare business is to merge into Razorfish Healthware to create Razorfish Health.
The engagement, creative and media segment of Rosetta’s healthcare business will merge in the US with PHCG’s existing agency, Razorfish Healthware.

Rosetta’s healthcare business, in regards to commerce, enterprise technology platforms and growth strategy consulting will remain at Rosetta under its East Region.
Shannon Hartley, previous leader of Rosetta’s Healthcare Industry Group, will take the role of managing director of Razorfish Health, taking over US operations.
The new agency will report to PHCG president Janet Winkler, who additionally oversees North American operations of Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, in-sync Customer Insights, Discovery USA, Maxcess and Verilogue.
