Stirred has announced that it has been awarded a Platinum Medal from EcoVadis, placing it in the top 1% of companies globally in business sustainability assessments. Stirred believes it is the first health communications agency in the UK to receive this prestigious recognition.
The EcoVadis assessment evaluates 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. More than 130,000 companies globally have been rated by EcoVadis, with only 110 companies across all UK sectors having achieved the platinum rating.

EcoVadis’ business sustainability ratings are based on international sustainability standards such as the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, the International Labour Organization conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative standards, and the ISO 26000 standard. The ratings provide an evidence-based analysis on performance and an actionable roadmap for continuous improvement.
The medal follows on from Stirred achieving B-Corp status in 2023.
