Uniphar, a global partner to pharmaceutical, medtech and biotech companies, has announced the integration and rebranding of several of its US divisions as part of its ongoing expansion.
Under the initiative, RDD Biopharma Development, Uniphar Clinical, Diligent Health Solutions and BESTMSLs will all operate under the Uniphar name.
The company said the move will enhance its ability to deliver a unified platform spanning development, clinical, access, medical, commercial, distribution and global sourcing functions.
The integration brings together clinical development expertise, medical affairs services including medical information, field team recruitment and medical communications capabilities.
The consolidated operations will maintain offices across the US, including New York, North Carolina, Washington DC and Mississippi, creating a single, integrated network for clients.

Uniphar currently operates in 18 countries with a workforce of approximately 3,500 employees. It serves over 200 multinational clients across the pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences sectors, offering end-to-end support throughout the product life cycle.
