The use of online communities is becoming more common in healthcare market research. Online community research means creating an intentionally established platform to bring together a group of like-minded individuals who take part in guided discussions and structured exercises about a specified topic. As technology continues to improve, online platforms have become increasingly more interactive and user friendly.
