Working with young patients with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) enabled Grace Communications to create a campaign that has been shortlisted this year in both the PMi Awards and the Creative Floor Awards. At the PMis it is shortlisted in the category Patient Support Programmes and at the Creative Floor it is recognised in the Patient and HCP Website categories.

Using direct patient research helped the agency understand how young patients felt about choice. A central element of the resultant campaign was a website designed to provide trusted information and support for patients and caregivers, making complex conditions easier to understand and navigate.

For the client, a pharmaceutical company specialising in generic medicine, it provided an invaluable insight to launching a new formulation.

“[Grace Communications are] a very experienced agency who want to make a difference. Always adaptable and open minded, we work as one team, unafraid to challenge or be challenged. An agency with a positive mind set. A pleasure to work with.” – Senior Brand Manager.

These awards recognise the creative quality and commercial value of the work. In particular, they highlight Grace Communications’ achievement in being recognised by two industry awards with distinct criteria.

Being shortlisted for these awards not only demonstrates our capabilities in patient engagement and digital healthcare solutions but more importantly, our ability to reach young patients and their carers with the information they need.” Tracey Henry. Creative Director Grace Communications.
