Putting EU Lab Day on the Map

EU Lab Day 2024 made an impact – reaching over 1.7million people through media and social.

EatMoreFruit recently helped launch European Laboratory Day in collaboration European Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (EFLM). This annual event celebrates the contributions of laboratory medicine professionals across Europe and encourages EFLM members to host open-door events in their labs. EU Lab Day 2024 promotes activities that highlight the essential role of laboratory medicine in public health, individual patient care, education and research.

We created a shareable EU Lab Day Toolkit to encourage member organisations to get involved. A total of 14+ countries participated, generating an impressive reach through media (190+ stories) and social amplification (40% increase from 2023) to help celebrate the role of this important industrial sector.
