26 March 2025, UK – Fox&Cat announces the appointment of Kim Walker as Partner and Managing Director, marking a significant milestone in the agency’s evolution. As former Managing Director of GCI Health London, Kim brings extensive leadership experience in health communications and will oversee Fox&Cat’s day-to-day operations, reinforcing its commitment to impact-driven, high-value solutions and building a team that shares its company vision and a culture where people feel valued, inspired, and empowered to perform at their best.
Alongside this leadership evolution, the agency has strengthened its unique consultancy model, built on its proprietary ADAPT™ methodology – an impact-centric strategic framework designed to cut through complexity and noise, maximise efficiency, and deliver measurable results. ADAPT™ ensures that every stage of the client experience is designed to optimise value, track impact, and eliminate waste.
“I was drawn to Fox&Cat’s ability to deliver excellence whilst removing complexity, inefficiency and team stress,” said Kim Walker. “Paul and I bring different but complementary skills and strengths to the table. Together, we will strike the right balance between resolving client challenges and creating an efficient, impact-driven business with a culture that will lead to lasting success for our clients, our people, and the business as a whole.”
Fox&Cat’s model prioritises efficiency and effectiveness without compromising quality or team wellbeing. The agency’s structure includes flexible pricing models to align with unique client needs, a senior-led team for high-quality delivery, and an ownership-driven philosophy, ensuring team members are directly invested in the company’s success.
Paul Hutchings, Founding Partner and CEO of Fox&Cat comments, “Kim’s arrival is an incredible milestone – both for me personally, and for the business. It will allow Fox&Cat to transition into a consultancy powered by complementary leadership styles, meaning I can focus more fully on maintaining our high standard of client service, knowing that operations, culture, and our ADAPT™ methodology are in expert hands.”
Inspired by Aesop’s fable of the fox and the cat, Fox&Cat applies a balance of agility and strategic thinking to communications challenges which is reflected in its refreshed tagline: Fox&Cat; Strategy Where It Counts & Precision When It Matters.
