Ongoing Virtual Communication between MSLs and Physicians: a Customer Story

Learn how one of our clients used the Impetus InSite Platform to connect their MSLs with regional groups of physicians.

In this customer story, we summarize the outcomes from an ongoing project where our client is leveraging a variety of Impetus Digital’s cutting-edge virtual collaboration tools and best-in-class professional services to connect Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) with 6 regional groups of physicians, each comprising up to 20 hematologists and/or oncologists.

The main objectives of this project are to:

  1. Ensure that physicians stay up-to-date on the latest clinical and observational data.
  2. Maintain close relationships between MSLs and physicians during COVID-19.
  3. Trial several different innovative virtual approaches to physician engagement to determine which approach(es) to keep long-term once in-person visits are possible again.
