    In this customer story, we summarize one of the pilot projects conducted using our new and award-winning platform: InSite Event™.

    In this customer story, we summarize one of the pilot projects conducted using our new and award-winning platform: InSite Event™. Leveraging the InSite Event™ platform together with Impetus Digital’s best-in-class full-service support, the client successfully conducted a two-day virtual HealthTech conference with digital technology and healthcare stakeholders from across the globe.

    The client’s main objectives were to:

    1. Move their annual HealthTech conference online while keeping all key features of past in-person events, including networking, sponsor exhibits, and poster presentations.
    2. Collect a variety of engagement metrics to assess the success of the event.
    3. Enable attendees to attend multiple keynote presentations, panel discussions, and workshops live, as well as to watch on-demand recordings of presentations after the conference.
    4. Conduct a post-event survey with the attendees and presenters.
