Lucid CEO discusses the importance of company culture

April 12, 2016 |

In April’s Smart Thinking blog on pmlive.com, Dennis O’Brien (Lucid CEO) discusses company culture and how individual contribution is everything.

Dennis explains that, despite organisations being obsessed with meeting financial targets every quarter, company culture and values – which determine whether or not we are happy at work – are the most important components of business. “If we get that right, we deliver wonderful work and clients keep coming back for more,” he explains.

You can read more about company culture and what Dennis found out when he recently asked his team what type of organisation they want to work for by reading the full blog here- PMLiVE
