Lucid Group: A Community of Purpose

- PMLiVE

In this month’s Pharmaceutical Marketing Europe, Lucid Group’s Chief People Officer, Angela Young, discusses the importance of bringing the company’s purpose to life so that its people feel connected to a shared goal – creating drive and a passion for their work that they wouldn’t have had otherwise.

“At Lucid, we want a thriving culture with proactive and engaged employees who bring their full selves to work and tackle tasks without being asked.”

Angela also discusses the need to follow the evidence when it comes to employee engagement by turning insights into action to avoid the apathy and negativity that comes with a disengaged workforce.

“Evidence shows that non-thriving cultures are ten times more likely to be negatively impacted by crisis than thriving cultures.”
