Lucid Group announces the appointment of new CFO

Lucid Group continues to build its infrastructure in line with its ambitious growth plans by appointing Michael Joyce as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Michael has considerable experience as a CFO and in finance leadership roles supporting fast-growth businesses. His skills and expertise will further strengthen the Lucid team by underpinning its growth strategy to acquire new capabilities, partnerships and companies and continue to deliver industry-leading solutions for its clients and, ultimately, patients.

Michael spent seven years at Cooper & Lybrand in the UK and Australia at the start of his career, followed by 21 years in senior finance and CFO roles within the recruitment, insurance and IT software and services industries.

Michael commented, “Lucid delivers best-in-class services to its clients and market-leading organic growth, both as a result of relentless excellence in working to improve patients’ lives. I am very excited to join Lucid at this time and be part of the great things we will achieve in the future.”
