Lucid Group promotes Clare Reynolds to Director of Business Development and Commercial Integration

- PMLiVE

As Lucid continues to evolve, its people have remained at the heart of its success. Clare Reynolds has played a key part in Lucid’s journey for nearly 12 years, during which time she has had several senior management roles.

With a strong background in strategic pharmaceutical marketing, Clare has played a pivotal role in developing both new and existing clients for Lucid Group. It is therefore with great delight that Lucid announces another promotion for a highly valued member of its team. Clare has been promoted to the newly created role of Director of Business Development and Commercial Integration at Lucid Group. This new role will enhance Lucid’s ability to improve health outcomes and build long-standing strategic partnerships.

Alongside developing and implementing Lucid’s client strategy, Clare will lead the introduction of new capabilities into Lucid’s teams and align the marketing strategy to support and reflect the ambition of the organisation – attracting new clients, companies and candidates in its mission to improve health outcomes and transform lives. Clare will report to Dennis O’Brien, Lucid Group CEO.

Clare commented, “I am excited about the opportunity we have created at Lucid to truly live our vision of transforming lives. By firmly engaging with this intent through our client partnerships, we lead with improving patient outcomes and build our business in the process. This new role creates the opportunity to more tangibly align the way we approach our client partnerships with our vision, and to expand our capabilities in a way that brings incremental value to our clients and the healthcare communities within which we work. It’s an exciting time!”
