Our People and their Growth are at the heart of #LucidLife

2020 has been a year like no other, in more ways than one. We wanted to shine a light on the good and great of 2020 and reflect on far we have come in a year full of change and challenge – we have a lot to be proud of:

  • We promoted sixty-three people
  • We welcomed over sixty-five new people with another sixteen joining us in January 2021 – with many more to come!
  • We celebrated 12 landmark workiversaries

    • And to help our people recover from this challenging year, we have gifted everyone an extra ten fully paid days off:

  • Two ‘Free Fridays’
  • The three days off between Xmas and New Year
  • The whole first full week off, in January.

    • We’ll be back with our magic recharged on the 11th of January!
