When Dreams, Ambition and Talent Graduate

Last week saw the first intake into Lucid’s Futures Academy all graduate with full honours.

- PMLiVE
After eight weeks of intensive training as part of Lucid Group’s Futures Academy, the graduates celebrated their successful completion of the course, which covered everything from the pharmaceutical industry and the regulatory environment to account management, medical writing and brand planning.

Remi Williams, one of the graduates who completed the Futures Academy commented, “It has been a magical 8 weeks, tough but exhilarating. I have learnt so much and I can’t wait to get stuck in. We had the right mix between classroom learning and hands-on experience, spending valuable time shadowing various teams and disciplines. For me, the ultimate challenge had to be the ‘Pitch Perfect’ session which saw us present our response to an RFP. This gave me the chance to showcase my creativity and implement the strategic thinking that has been honed during the last 8 weeks.”

The Futures Academy is a biannual programme, so if you want to be part of something magical, get in touch. It’s the stuff of dreams.
