Disseminating Outcomes and Impact in Berlin

The Medscape Education Global team is looking forward to a busy time in Berlin at the EADV Congress 2023. During the congress, Medscape will be presenting five posters examining the outcomes and impact of recent dermatology education. The posters look at the significant increases in knowledge, competence, and confidence experienced by Medscape members who participated in the education.

Posters at EADV are:

  • A curriculum of online education significantly improved dermatologists’ knowledge and confidence in managing psoriasis in a complex treatment landscape
  • Online case-based education improved dermatologists’ knowledge and confidence regarding treatment choice for patients with psoriasis in an evolving treatment landscape
  • Online Education Significantly Improved Dermatologists’ Knowledge of Vitiligo Management
  • A curriculum of online education significantly improved physicians’ knowledge and confidence in understanding the immunopathology, etiology and diagnosis of hidradenitis suppurativa
  • A curriculum of online education significantly improved dermatologists’ knowledge, competence and confidence in managing patients with generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP)

On 12 October, Medscape will be hosting an educational symposium on the topic of psoriatic disease and the evolving treatment landscape. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn CME credit for the symposium by logging in their Medscape account.

On that same day, Medscape will hold an offsite networking event designed to give congress attendees a chance to chat with their dermatology colleagues and enjoy light refreshments in a relaxing environment.
