September 23, 2022 | Medscape, dermatology, medical education
Medscape was on-site at this year’s EADV conference in Milan, with educational activities and a booth to connect with healthcare professionals.
At our booth, we spoke with attendees about Medscape and the ways that we can help clinicians further their knowledge and stay current on the latest advances on dermatology. During the course of the conference, Medscape presented 4 educational symposia, covering topics such as The Patient Experience of Hidradenitis Suppurativa Diagnosis and Treatment, Patient-Centered Care in Alopecia Areata, New Horizons in Managing Generalized Pustular Psoriasis, and Biologics Targeting the IL-23/IL-17 Pathway in Psoriatic Disease. Hundreds of physicians and HCPs came out to attend the symposia!
The Medscape team also held an exciting event, ‘Skin in the Game’, at NH Collection Milano Citylife, hosted by Prof. Dr. med. Diamant Thaçi, Institut für Entzündungsmedizin, Universitätsklinikum Schleswig-Holstein Lübeck, Germany. The event focused on the latest news from the congress and what’s new in dermatology, followed by networking with colleagues..
