Alexander Devine Website has gone live!

September 13, 2019 |

As part of the OPEN Health CSR programme one of the charities we support is Alexander Devine. They are a local Children’s Hospice based in Maidenhead who provide a truly heart-warming service to children and their families at very tough times in their lives.

It has been an absolute humbling experience to have been part of the team (Digital PBC brand team) that worked closely with Susie, Claire, Fiona and the rest of Alexander Devine team to re-brand, redesign and build their new website. This will enable them to sell and shout about the fabulous work they do, and ultimately help them to raise the money that they desperately need (they get no funding from the government or NHS).

We are super proud to say the website went live this week, and they have already had an overwhelming amount of positive feedback.

Do check out their new site, and help us share the word of all the wonderful things they do: https://www.alexanderdevine.org

Below gives you an idea of what they had, and what we have achieved.

Meet Aidan

I would also like to introduce you to this little boy in the picture, he’s called Aidan – he can’t talk, but is super proud of making the thank you card after they showed him the new website.

These are also some of the very generous comments we have had back from the Alexander Devine team:
  • “You guys are incredible, so patient with us after all the back and forth with changes, thank you”
  • “This is the best thing anyone could have done for us”
  • “We had our volunteers here for a training day yesterday and it was so exciting and we got such wonderful feedback on the new website”
  • “It’s really important to engage them so it was perfect timing”
  • “The work you have done on the branding has been critical – it’s enabled us to be self-sufficient and it’s so wonderful to see what we can do with the tools you’ve provided”
  • “We are only a small charity, so this kind of generosity you have shown means the world to us – when I speak to our peers, other hospices, they have whole marketing teams, the works. We have such a small budget so help from companies like yours means that we can put the money we do have towards the actual service and help more children”

I’m sure all those that helped make this happen will agree all the hard work was well worth it.
