Top UK Healthcare Communications Consultancy Moves to Brighton

‘Oh we do like to be beside the seaside!’ Pegasus returns to its roots in Brighton

As it approaches 20 successful years of business, Worthing based firm Pegasus, the fourth biggest independent health communications consultancy in the UK, is moving the company to its seaside neighbour, Brighton.

Keen to stay by the sea, the company is making the short journey along the coast to neighbouring Brighton, positioning itself within the heart of the North Laines on Church Road’s ‘Sovereign House’. The move was prompted by a number of factors; the growing number of staff living in Brighton & Hove and the surrounding area; the strength of its digital and creative offering, and the recruitment pull of being by the sea and at the end of the London commuting line.

The company’s time in Worthing has seen many successes including significant growth, scores of awards and the launch of new integrated services.  In the last six years alone, staff numbers have grown from 20 to a team of 70. Tripling its income, the consultancy has become a top four UK healthcare comms consultancy and was recently ranked 22nd on The Sunday Times ‘100 Best Places to Work’ (2014).

Lisa Bradley, Founder & Managing Director of Pegasus says;
“Whilst Worthing has been a good home for us and helped us get to where we are today, Brighton is actually where the company began all those years ago…in Hove actually.  In many ways it feels like we’re coming home! Brighton offers new opportunities that we are keen to uncover, and being the digital hub of the UK will allow us to strengthen our digital division further. We look forward to supporting the business community and hope to integrate ourselves as well as we have in Worthing.”

Pegasus has evolved from a traditional PR agency to become an integrated comms consultancy that offers a multiservice approach to its clients, including; social, digital and creative services.

With campaigns that span local, national and international markets and the creation of a network of global independent affiliate agencies across five continents, it’s no surprise that Pegasus represents a raft of well known companies and brands such as; GSK, Pfizer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bayer, Thornton & Ross, Holland & Barrett, Sanofi, Bio-Oil and Danone to name a few.

As of the 28th of April, Pegasus’s new address will be: Sovereign House, North Laines, Church
Street, BN1 1UJ
