2017 has been a busy year for Porterhouse Medical so far, with a full calendar of advisory board meetings, steering committee meetings, stand-alone meetings, international congresses and symposia.
We are working in globally diverse destinations, such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Australia, Germany, Portugal and Spain. Last week alone, our teams were running events in Lisbon and Hong Kong, as well as Liverpool and Huddersfield in the UK.
Our dedicated events team is an important part of the smooth delivery of our programmes at Porterhouse, offering essential services such as:
- Optimisation of the delegate experience, through a tailored approach to all communications ·
- Logistics management and on-site technical support from project inception ·
- Management of exhibitions and booths (medical and commercial) ·
- Marking and display management of posters and abstracts ·
- Design of congress floor plans to meet health and safety requirements at venues ·
- Organisation of internal client meetings ·

- Bespoke communications apps for registration and communications prior to and during an event ·
