- PMLiVE

During ECTRIMS 2023 congress, the Medscape Education Global team will be on site to present a poster of their educational outcomes.

The poster, Virtual Patient Simulation Improves Neurologists’ Performance in Making Appropriate Clinical Decisions for Patients With Multiple Sclerosis, covers the outcomes and impact of a Medscape virtual patient simulation, which allows learners to participate in a realistic patient care practice experience.

The Medscape program achieved significant success in improving performance on MS treatment.

“Virtual patient simulation is a great, immersive way to learn. We’re excited to share this poster that demonstrates the improvements in performance this learning format can have, and the benefit to patients living with MS,” said S. Christy Rohani-Montez, Ph.D. Director of Clinical Strategy, Medscape Education.

Medscape will also host a social event for conference attendees in a nearby restaurant. The event will feature Medscape faculty member Tjalf Ziemssen, MD, and allow participants to enjoy light refreshments as they discuss the latest developments in MS treatment and research.

For questions or to RSVP don’t hesitate to get in touch with your Medscape representative or Ashleigh Bean at abean@webmd.net / +44 7894 242243.
