Computer-assisted telephone interviewing or computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI)

Telephone interviews using computer-based questionnaires. Computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) is a telephone surveying technique in which the interviewer adheres a script accessed from a software application. It is generally a tailored system of information collection by telephone that accelerates the amassing of data and allows the questioner to inform the respondents on the relevance of appropriate and accurate data.
