Marketing conducted electronically, usually over the Internet. Also referred to as Internet Marketing, e-Marketing is regarded to be generous in range because it not only makes reference to marketing on the Internet, but includes marketing conducted via e-mail and wireless media. Digital customer data and electronic customer relationship management (ECRM) systems are also often associated with e-Marketing.
