Abivax has appointed Ivan Nuñez-Pacheco as Global Head of Patient Services.
Nuñez-Pacheco is a patient services and customer experience executive with more than 25 years of experience building and leading patient support organisations across the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. As Global Head of Patient Services at Abivax, he leads the development of the Company’s patient services model.
Before joining Abivax, Nuñez-Pacheco was with AbbVie for over 15 years, initially serving as Director / Associate Director, Patient Services & Customer Experience, before being promoted to Senior Director, Patient Engagement and Head of Enrolment and Triage, where he led the patient engagement organisation, with additional oversight across oncology and neuroscience. Under his leadership, the organisation evolved into a centralised model delivering millions of patient interactions annually while supporting launch readiness and care model innovation.
On the appointment of Nuñez-Pacheco, Michael Nesrallah, Chief Commercial Officer of Abivax, said: “We are strengthening our Commercial Leadership Team with an accomplished executive who bring deep expertise in immunology.”
