minds + assembly has announced the appointment of Nick Colucci, former chief executive officer and chairman of Publicis Health, to its board of directors.
Colucci, who has recently retired, brings over 40 years of experience to his new position. He most recently served as chief operating officer of Publicis Groupe’s US operations.
Prior to joining Publicis, Colucci was vice president of marketing and sales at EyeSys Technologies and marketing director at Roche.
Commenting on his latest venture, Colucci said: “Throughout my time in the industry, I’ve had the privilege and pleasure of working with so many talented and inspired people.
“I admire the foundation minds + assembly has built, as well as [its] culture and the quality of people it attracts.”
Colucci added that, as a board member, he intends to “share [his] experience, impart a bit of wisdom, and mentor” the agency’s leadership team.
