Tonic Life Communications has expanded the executive leadership team at its US headquarters in Philadelphia with four new appointments.
Stephanie DeViteri (pictured right) has been promoted to managing director, Philadelphia, having most recently served as senior vice president at the firm.
She first joined Tonic in 2003 in an account support role, and has stayed with the firm ever since, taking on increasingly senior accounts positions.
Tonic has also promoted Dana Lynch (pictured left), who becomes executive vice president, global strategy and business development.
Lynch previously served as senior vice president, having been promoted from vice president in 2010. She brings further agency experience from Dorland Global Health Communications, Dudnyk Public Relations, The Unland Hayes Group and Golin, among others.
Meanwhile, Kelly Kutchinsky (pictured below right) has been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president, global insights and innovation.
In this role, Kutchinsky will be responsible for advancing agency-wide research and analytics platforms to gather insights and measure message impact.
She joined Tonic just over a decade ago as a senior account executive bringing strategic communications expertise from Dorland Global Public Relations and ALM Media.
Finally, Theresa Dolge (pictured below left) has been appointed as chief media relations officer at Tonic, having been promoted from vice president, media relations director.
Dolge moved to Tonic from Fleishman-Hillard in 2003, serving as a senior account executive before moving into media relations.
