28 September 2021: Four Communications has been successful in gaining a coveted position on the main integrated UK government roster for the next four years – achieving the ability to compete in two lots: integrated marketing & communications work and media strategy & planning.
The new £490m campaign solutions framework is the recommended route for the public sector to procure end-to-end campaign solutions, which includes everything from media strategy and planning to handling ‘major or strategically important events’ and replaces the £350m campaign solutions framework, which launched at the end of 2016.
Group managing director, Einir Williams, said:
“Four has always had a strong heritage in delivering major public sector campaigns – changing behaviour and shifting attitudes to create positive impacts in society, so it is gratifying to know that our breadth and depth of expertise and passion has been recognised.”
Our work on significant national and regional campaigns for the Department of Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, the Department for Education and the Home Office has not only been an opportunity to showcase our integrated capabilities but has also enabled us to make a real difference to key groups in society. We are honoured to be one of two agencies to sit on both rosters and are the only independent agency to do so.”
This significant roster award means that Four will now be able to compete for work from public sector bodies like the NHS and government departments.
Chief executive, PACE, Paul Dalton-Borge added:
“We are only too aware of the importance and efficacy of a great campaign. Building a strong narrative and a navigable path to achieve focused and excellent outcomes is always the name of the game and this is something that our teams at Four deliver every single day.
We are very excited to be working with the government roster again and look forward to producing more effective and memorable campaigns that help to build the hopes, dreams, knowledge and activity of diverse groups in society. We will continue to focus on innovation, insights, talent, social value and sector expertise, which will form key pillars in our approach to delivering for the framework.”
